Article 1 – Subject

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between MAJDOUB Sarah, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller,” and any individual who:

  • Requests a professional makeup service based on a quote
  • And/or orders cosmetic products via the website sarah cosmetiques.fr.

Any order or acceptance of a quote implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

Part 1 – Professional makeup services

Article 3 – Services offered

The Seller offers professional makeup services, primarily dedicated to bridal makeup.

Services are subject to a personalized quote request via the website.

 

Article 4 – Quotation and reservation

A free quote will be provided for all services.

The reservation becomes firm and final:

  • After written acceptance of the quote by the Customer;
  • And, where applicable, after payment of a deposit, the amount of which is specified in the quote.

 

Article 5 – Rates and payment for services

Professional makeup services are offered exclusively on a quote basis, depending on the client’s needs and expectations.

The payment terms (deposit, balance, due date) are specified in the quote accepted by the Client.

 

Article 6 – Cancellation and postponement (services)

Any cancellation by the Customer must be notified in writing.

  • In the event of cancellation by the Customer, the deposit paid may be retained by the Seller as compensation.
  • In the event of force majeure, a postponement of the service may be proposed by mutual agreement.

 

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal (services)

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services provided on a specific date or during a specific period, once the performance has begun with the Customer’s agreement.

 

Part 2 – Sale of cosmetic products

Article 8 – Products

The products offered for sale are cosmetics, in particular foundation for makeup.

Each product is presented with a detailed description.
The photographs are not contractually binding.

 

Article 9 – Order

The Customer selects the products and confirms their order after verification.

Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions via a mandatory checkbox.

 

Article 10 – Prix

Prices are quoted in euros (€), including all taxes.
Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.

 

Article 11 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit card
  • PayPal

Payments are secured by service providers that comply with current standards.

 

Article 12 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

 

Article 13 – Right of withdrawal (products)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

 

Article 14 – Refund

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method used when placing the order.

 

Article 15 – Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for any misuse of the products sold or services provided.

The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order or service concerned.

 

Article 16 – Personal data

The personal data collected is necessary for managing quotes, services, and orders.

It is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

 

Article 17 – Dispute mediation

In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may seek the assistance of a consumer mediator free of charge:

Article 18 – Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the consumer’s place of residence.
