Return and Refund Policy

1 – Scope of application
This return and refund policy applies to products and services offered on the sarah-cosmetiques.fr website, published by MAJDOUB Sarah.
It concerns:
- Professional make-up services offered on quotation;
- The online sale of cosmetic products.
2 – Professional make-up services
Make-up services are offered exclusively on a quote basis, following discussion with the client.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services provided on a specific date or during a specific period, once the service has begun with the client’s agreement.
Cancellation or postponement
Any request for cancellation or postponement must be made in writing via the Contact Form.
The conditions for cancellation, postponement and possible refund are specified in the quote accepted by the client.
3 – Cosmetic products
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
Return conditions
To be accepted, the product must:
- Be unused;
- Be unopened;
- Be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition.
Any product returned incomplete, damaged or used will not be eligible for a refund.
Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to the seller (defective or non-compliant product).
4 – Return procedure
Before returning any items, the customer must contact the seller by email at the following address: Sarah-cosmetiques.fr
Returns must be sent to the address provided by the seller after the request has been approved.
5 – Refund
In the event of a compliant return:
- The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product;
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used when placing the order.
The initial delivery costs are not refunded, except in the event of an error attributable to the seller.
6 – Defective or non-compliant products
If a defective product or a product that does not comply with the order is received, the customer is asked to contact the seller as soon as possible, providing all relevant information (description, photos).
A suitable solution (replacement or refund) will be offered.
